Hiroshi has been engaged in the field of sustainability and environmental consulting industries for more than 20 years.He established Propharm Japan Co., Ltd. in 2006 to support environmental risk management and sustainability activities in various industrial and governmental sectors in Japan and overseas.
Also, he has more than 20 years of practical experience in environmental management, relevant risk management including environmental pollution risk management, climate change mitigation and adaptation (BCP development), sustainability, and sustainabilityrelated efficiency enhancement (performance enhancement/cost reduction). Key sectors cover major multinational manufacturing corporations including those in IT, textile, automotive, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, chemical, food, automobile, semi-conductor sectors, and non-manufacturing sectors in Japan and Asian countries (e.g., Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Pakistan, and India).
In addition, he worked with the Japanese Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry to engage in the international standardization of multiple environmental management standards (ISO14051, ISO14052, and ISO14053) as a technical expert and a part of the international secretariat team from 2007 to 2021.
Takeaki Fujimoto
Managing Director
Takeaki has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry and has strengths in proposing asset management strategies for wealthy individuals, supporting business succession planning, and IR capital policy. Taking advantage of his background, he established MAMORU JAPAN Co., Ltd. with the aim of contributing to Japan’s disaster prevention industry.
After graduating from university, he joined Nomura Securities Co., Ltd. He started his career in retail sales and later specialized in sales planning and capital policy proposals for wealthy individuals. He then moved to Credit Suisse Bank and set up the Japan Desk in Singapore, which focused on Japan’s ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
He has been working at Fujiwara Capital Advisors as a senior vice president, where he is responsible for marketing hedge funds and discretionary investment accounts. Currently based in Singapore and Tokyo.
